Affiliate Marketing Specialist
Primary Focus
Maximize affiliate commission revenue
Key Tasks
- Optimize conversion rates across affiliate funnels
- Negotiate better commission rates with partners
- A/B test affiliate landing pages and flows
- Implement advanced tracking and attribution
- Find and onboard high-converting affiliate programs
Impact & Revenue
Direct revenue multiplier - could increase our 4% blended commission rate significantly
Requirements
- 3+ years affiliate marketing experience
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate revenue
- Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)
- Data-driven approach to optimization
- E-commerce or shopping app experience preferred
Full-Stack Developer (Next.js/React)
Primary Focus
Maintain and expand the web application
Key Tasks
- Implement new features and optimize for conversions
- Build admin tools for product and affiliate management
- Ensure top-tier site performance and reliability
- Integrate with APIs for price tracking and affiliate networks
- Maintain and improve the existing Next.js codebase
Impact & Revenue
Essential for product reliability and adding revenue-driving features
Requirements
- 4+ years full-stack development experience
- Expert in Next.js, React, TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization
- E-commerce or marketplace development experience
SEO/Growth Marketing Manager
Primary Focus
Drive organic traffic that converts to affiliate revenue
Key Tasks
- Keyword research for high-intent shopping queries
- Technical SEO optimization and site speed improvements
- Link building and content distribution strategy
- Conversion rate optimization for affiliate funnels
- Analytics and performance tracking
Impact & Revenue
More traffic = more affiliate clicks = more revenue
Requirements
- 3+ years SEO and growth marketing experience
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic
- Experience with e-commerce SEO and affiliate marketing
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
- Data-driven approach to growth experiments
AI Creative/Marketing Specialist
Primary Focus
Create AI-powered marketing content at scale
Key Tasks
- Generate AI video ads and social media content
- Create AI-powered product descriptions and reviews
- Develop automated email campaign content
- Design and test AI-generated landing page copy
- Build workflows for content creation at scale
Impact & Revenue
Lower acquisition costs + higher conversion rates through AI-generated content
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney)
- Background in digital marketing or creative content
- Understanding of conversion copywriting principles
- Experience with video editing and social media marketing
- Creative mindset with analytical approach
Content Writer/Editor (E-commerce Focus)
Primary Focus
Create affiliate-optimized content that drives conversions
Key Tasks
- Write in-depth product reviews and comparisons
- Create comprehensive buying guides and tutorials
- Develop FAQ content that addresses purchase concerns
- Optimize all content for affiliate conversions
- Build content calendar and editorial strategy

Requirements
- 3+ years content writing experience, preferably e-commerce
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles
- SEO writing experience with keyword optimization
- Ability to research and write about diverse product categories
- Experience with content management systems and analytics
